Lychee Martinis are great! I had the clam chowder, calamari and sea bass. All were really good. If you’re into oysters those were really good too. All staff is looking out for your table, not just your waiter. So you’re never really waiting too long for anything.
Update: I had to visit just because we love coming here. It was a very quiet during lunch and just perfect no rush. We had sweets and fish tacos are humongous servings. I couldn’t finish them. Cocktail was just the way I like it. My families go to this restaurant for Alfredo and steak/seafood dishes. They have a spread of cocktails that will satisfy anyone. I had a great experience. The servings are just right.
Updated: So I paid a second visit to this establishment, reluctantly. Off gate we had a not so pleasant start. The hostess was luke warm at best. No greetings just a, how many. I get it sometimes we just have those days. I was promptly seated thats always a plus. I was seated for maybe a minute if that before someone swooped in with water. No more then 3 mis later my waitress came by with the refill and pleasantries. Throughout my whole lunch she was very attentive 7/5 's. The food was WONDERFUL. Fish cooked perfectly, asparagus cooked perfectly, and the rice was also good. Oh my appetizer was delicious and that drink was nice. Smoky something can't remember the name atm. Well worth the 100 spent. Ok here we go. The host was polite. I was seated promptly. I was even asked if I was ok with being seat in a tall chair. The waiter was prompt. Took my order and gave me my 1st and last glass of water, I didn't know this just yet. So I ordered a cup of Clam Chowder. It tasted slightly below average. Presentation to me speaks volumes. The cup of soup had spillage all on the cup. As if it was used to scoop the soup out of the can. The Bone in Ribeye was unevenly cooked. Slightly below average on taste. Very chewy as if the cow knew his final end game and was stressed. I know this is a seafood spot, but if its on your menu and your charging 45 the cooks should be proficient in preparing the dish. The mashed potatoes were dry, dehydrated, and lacking moisture. Last time I seen mashed potatoes that dry I was 12 trying to make instant add water potatoes for the 1st time. I wouldn't be surprised if instant mashed potatoes was used. The asparagus was WONDERFUL cooked perfectly. The only thing on my plate done right. Other than my single glass of water. My waiter checked on me twice, not once did he offer to refill my glass. Yes I could have easily asked, but why. Its the small things that separate average and good restaurants. Small things like making sure the dish is presentable, or making sure the patron isn't in need of something simple as water or any drink, heck even removing the three menus that were cluttering the the table. The Sourdough bread was exceptional. This was the most disappointing 70 dinner I have had so far. I will definitely come back to risk my taste buds again to check out a seafood dish.
Our waitress is very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Lobster Rolls, Crab Cake Slider, Harvest of the Sea, Jambalaya, Sweet & Spicy Calamari, New England Clam Chowder. Our favorites were the New England Clam Chowder, Lobster Rolls, Crab Cake Slider and Harvest of the Sea. The Jambalaya with linguini was not what my daughter had expected. It could be better. Overall experience was good.
Great food and atmosphere. The service was a little sub par as my friend and I waited for over 30 minutes once the table was cleared. Talked to the manager and alleviates our concerns right away. Overall, great experience although.
We recently dined at Market Broiler in Fremont and were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Both the shrimp skewers and the mango grilled fish mahi-mahi tacos were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The bread was warm and satisfying, the drink hit the spot, and the service was prompt and professional—direct without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed but polished, and everything came out on time. It’s not easy to find a spot where both food and service consistently hit the mark, but this one did. My wife and I both enjoyed it and would absolutely return.
Glad we made a stop here. Restaurant was clean and smelled fantastic. Seafood here is really good. None of the dishes we had disappointed. From the appetizers to the entree, everything tasted fresh. Seated immediately and server was quickly at our table. Would visit again.
Came for the Happy Hour... stayed for the Katherine. Very attentive and friendly server, she was great. Also the food and drinks were excellent. I will return!
